Is alcohol allowed on Fairgrounds?
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON FAIR GROUNDS FOR ANY FUNCTIONS.
Can food and beverages be sold while renting Fairground venue(s)?
FOOD OR BEVERAGES MAY NOT BE SOLD ON FAIR GROUND PROPERTY WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM FAIR MANAGER. USER WILL BE REQUIRED TO MEET ALL HEALTH DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS.
What decorations are allowed when renting Fairground venue(s)?
SIGNS OR ANY OTHER MATERIALS MAY NOT BE ATTACHED TO CEILING OR WALLS.
Is insurance needed to rent Fairground venue(s)?
USER MAY BE REQUIRED TO PRESENT A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE TO USE FACILITIES OR GROUNDS FOR SPECIAL EVENTS.
Do I need to obtain a fire permit when renting Fairground venue(s)?
IF RENTAL INVOLVES BRINGING IN ITEMS FOR SHOW OR SALES, THE USER MUST OBTAIN A FIRE PERMIT FROM PULBIC SAFETY. (432-2692)
